While most machines are set at 70% or 72%, there are some set higher. Welcome Break are currently testing the performance of machines set to 80% at some locations. If promised refunds fail to arrive you should E-mail central customer services, or the site itself, to query the matter. In my personal experience you will get a response and an investigation. They also respond to constructive feedback. Where there is a definite IOU on a machine, verified by site staff, there should be no problem (note down the details as customer service will need these in order to investigate). You may also get an on the spot refund if you are on site when the engineer checks the machine and verifies the fault - just go and ask in the shop afterwards. I got this at Michaelwood.
