Aztec Riches, along with the poker operation are being sold to Casino Rewards on 24th April.

I have had issues, as have many players, with Casino Rewards relating to bonuses. The usual is to promise and grant a bonus, but then lock the redemption account and will say they will only unlock it is you show willingness to risk your own funds. Money already in the casino account will be paid. A further issue has also arisen where they can carry over wagering from bonuses even where the player has lost everything. Coupled with near impossible WR for bonuses, this can leave players in a position of throwing good money after bad, as the WR stand even if no bonus is claimed on new deposits.

Cash-ins take around one week. First time players will need to supply a copy of a picture ID, such as passport or drivers licence, and a copy of the back and front of any credit/debit cards used to fund the account. Using Neteller will remove the need for card copies, leaving just the picture ID. If you don't have a picture ID, liase with the casino BEFORE depositing to see if they will accept what you CAN provide. If you have already supplied documents for another Casino Action member you may not have to supply them again, as support is central, and the information can be shared. Once a cash-in has been flushed from pending, or just before, you will receive an E-mail confirming the amount. This will then be processed in the next run.
