The Wheel of Cash

The Wheel of Cash is a way to reward players for playing the games. Every half hour a query is run to determine who has been playing. Each of these players then has a small chance of receiving a prize by means of a spin on the Wheel of Cash. It may arrive as a player E-mail, or load when you next log on. The wheel can be spun to award a bonus amount, or a draw ticket for the end of month draw.

There is a 'bug' in the works that occasionally causes the bonus to jam in the system and fail to credit to the bonus account. If you think this has happened check the bonus award log in Casino Action when logged into the bonus account. If the bonus has the transaction number '0' rather than a 6 digit number a jam has occurred. You will need to contact support, who will unjam it, usually by resetting the wheel for you to spin again.
